BKG GNSS Internet Radio 1.4

BKG GNSS Internet Radio is a GNSS data streaming suite built around the Ntrip (Networked Transport of RTCM via Internet Protocol) standard. It enables the distribution and consumption of real-time correction data and raw observations over the internet, supporting high-precision positioning workflows such as RTK in surveying, geodesy, precision agriculture, machine control, and research.

Key capabilities:

• Ntrip client, server, and caster functionality for end-to-end GNSS data delivery
• Support for common real-time GNSS correction formats (e.g., RTCM) and multiple constellations (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou)
• Stream relaying and mountpoint management with user authentication and access control
• Real-time monitoring of stream health, latency, and availability
• Logging and recording of incoming streams for quality control and post-processing (e.g., conversion to standard file formats)
• Flexible I/O to feed rover receivers or downstream services via network or serial connections

What it’s for:

• Connecting rovers to reference station networks for centimeter-level positioning
• Operating a caster to manage and distribute multiple GNSS streams to users
• Relaying, monitoring, and archiving GNSS data for reliability and traceability

Note: “Internet Radio” here refers to streaming GNSS data over IP using Ntrip—it is not related to audio streaming.
